“I took out a home insurance policy through confused.com and have been trying to reclaim the reward but according to the Confused customer service team they do not quote for home insurance policies for Lloyds Bank, which is strange as I purchased one and it is still showing on my quotes list. I am not going to give up”

“Website is easy to use asking for all relevant information and shows the companies willing to offer insurance and giving a price. You would think that the price provided would be correct based on the information and insurance requirement submitted. Unfortunately, this is not the case as you are then taken through to the insurers website where items that you have already submitted as required have become optional extras. This may be to ensure that their offer gets to the top of the page but in reality is misleading.”
