“I contacted you by phone to pay. The service was helpful until the payment stage when it was unable to take my card details. The system was down. Very inconvenient to have to wait until a contact from you. Wasting time and energy.”

“This is the second year running that I have spent half an hour or more inputting info to get comparisons only to find that despite what I have input as requirements, most of them are actually additions to the offer price, so making them not only more expensive than my renewal, but taking up yet another half an hour of my time putting in the same info again to the offer companies that I had already put into Confused. Confused? You bet I am. Totally a waste of time and effort.”

“We found a a good offer from Tesco through the confused.com app. But I lost count how many times, the tesco link then failed to complete, stating that there was a error...after I gave our approval through the bank's link. In the end, my wife tried with her email address and another company, Hastings, and was able to, finally! obtain our home insurance. There was no link or page or any form of instruction as to haow to get help with this situation. What a waste of time! with confused.com. Cannot recommend.”

“Was interested in the quote from Aviva which was quoted as £147 on your site,, when I went on the Aviva site it had risen to £182 ??. So I did not purchase, disappointed.”

“The continual reminders to renew I find vety annoying, one is sufficient. Also the reminders for my motor insurance are not required because it Is not due until August. Regards M Gallavan”

“As I had quotes for a timber clad house - which was coded at the beginning, this was dropped off and changed to brick. I was unaware of this until i went into accept. i then had to review all the quotes and they were so much more expensive. The system should only select the quotes suitable for my search - very frustrating - pent so much time re-doing them”
