“This review is based purely on the non-response of Confused.com to a query I sent them at the beginning of December. I received an email back acknowledging receipt of my query and saying they would get back to me within 7 days. After 7 days, I sent the query again (on the form that they provide on their website). Still no reply! They cannot be much bothered about customer care.”
