As with most of these online portals some of the information fields are just to general and you end up phoning the company anyway.

I have got a few quotes from Esure Flex. Not sure why the price keeps changing. Would prefer a single quotation which I can rely upon.

Don't want gifts, just lower quotes that cover ALL my requirements, not lower quotes with add ons later that give false impression in first instance of low prices. Only 'gift' useful to me last year was carwashes. To get them I did pay a higher premium than I needed to but it ensured I kept my car clean. So, useful but that's all. Do customers really take out policies for an all-day coffee? Sad.

I have found Integra to be very very slow in responding to email requests.I am still awaiting a reply to an email sent last and a reminder on Tuesday!!!!!!!!!!!!

I got a good quote from Tesco, but browser problem meant I had to wait 24 hours before taking up the quote, by which time it had expired. So I resubmitted my query and confused.com came up with quotes that were roughly twice as much as the previous day. Confused? I certainly was. Fortunately the old Tesco quote still worked, even though it was supposed to have expired.

Found only 1 company Hastings was cheaper than current provider but noted they only ranked 1 star on trustpilot so did not use. Didn't want to be constantly emailed so unsubscribed.

The reply is in the question confused I am elderly and cannot answer the questions asked by your machine that quick please try to make it easier for people like myself or you will probably loose more custom

Easy to use but on one occasion I ticked being a home owner but following this it had me as a tenant. I could not find a way to change the preemptive text
