the prices were not 'real' or reflective once you have come away from landing page i.e. page says 240.80 the drill down to site comes out at 310.00

Not really set up to deal with a listed Victorian house in Scotland I’m afraid. Couldn’t really provide the cover we need.

I like your websites with all the comparative quotations plus the rewards from Lidl or Dominoes especially but now you no longer offer those 2 rewards and those you do now are of no good to me at all

I like UK call centre, you said One Call had UK call centres they do NOT its all on line and I do not like that, I did not know until I had paid, it was to late then to change.

Best quote was ~£240 but it had to be done over phone to secure. Then they wanted to refer to underwriters. 2 days later (yes days), they got back to me with a revised quote of nearly £600. Something smells wrong here. Suspect the company of putting out seductive quotes that will inevitably rise to become uncompetitive.

Concerned that some of the details are missing it not helpful or misleading. 1. Building insurance for father living in a house owned by his daughter. 2. Locality of water, water well or river or sea. 3. Tree management. 4. Alarms installed by competent engineer and tested by competent person.

I found it very difficult to change the address for the home insurance. The address of the house I sold last year kept appearing and my attempts to click on 'edit address' proved unsuccessful. The experience was extremely stressful and also meant I had difficulty trying to log in to account. As a result I will have to cancel the insurance within the 14 days cooling off period as it apparently shows the address of the house I no longer own. Chaotic, intrusive and ultimately useless - 'confused' isn't a strong enough word to describe experience with this company.

The quote generated by Confused.com did not match the actual premium generated by the insurance company when the initial quote was accepted.

Tried to use the website but it kept failing to send the information through to some insurers. I ended up paying a bit more than I would have because of this.

Very disappointed that the price bears no relationship to the final price, in our instance l filled out all the boxes, reviewed several times, only to be informed just before payment page "you will not be covered for flooding. The questions should have eliminated that cover before going to their website, what a waste of time

After completing and submitting the insurance questionnaire I received a list of insurance companies quoting for my business. After careful selection I tried to purchase the quote from Aviva (Aviva and then Aviva premium). Unfortunately on both attempts to purchase the insurance, Aviva came back and said they were unable to offer insurance for my property. I can't understand why the insurance company would provide a quote in the first instance if they were not in a position to insure the property. They waisted your time and mine.

Sadly won't be using again. I fill in parameters to match existing policy up for renewal & get generated quotes. Shame many of my existing features/benefits have suddenly become expensive options. Then, when added the quotes almost double. Not impressed.

My fault perhaps.But I purchased house insurance through confused .com and after paying for one months payment realised the company was from abroad ! To get hold of them you had to email ,hence cancelled and waiting for my first months payment refunded !
