“SOMETIMES MOBILE NETWORK CONNECTION IS POOR AND ALSO APP DOES NOT WORK. REWARD ACCESS SHOULD BE MADE AVAILABLE ON LINE BY HAVING AN OPTION TO RECEIVE A CODE THROUGH REGISTERED EMAIL AND A REGISTWEED PASWORD AS 2nd STEP VERIFICATION.”

They work out the premium based on claims statistics gathered for others with similar details and some insurers do change their rates frequently. If you would like to query any of your prices, we would recommend calling the insurer directly and they should be able to explain this to you in more detail. Here is how to claim your reward after buying car, home, or van insurance: Open the App: Start by downloading or opening the Confused.com app. Add to Wallet: Go to the "Rewards" section, log in, and tap "Add reward to wallet." Timeline: We then need to verify your policy details (like your policy number and insurer). This usually takes 3 days, please allow up to 14 working days in some cases.
