“In principle it's a great idea. We were sent an offer which was considerably better than the one from QuoteMeHappy last year. I tried to cancel it, and failed, I think that I must have used the 'no reply' to reply, but it's very very confusing for old people. I am not accustomed to people not replying.
Then we tried to book with Policy Expert (I think) and we went through all the trials, only to be informed that they had a technical issue and couldn't confirm. We did this three times, it was such a waste of time. In the end we paid more to Hastings Direct.
