Confused.com completely wasted my time. I clearly selected that I wanted full, top-level home insurance cover, but the “cheap” quote they recommended from AXA turned out to be their basic policy once I clicked through. The proper top cover I actually asked for was the most expensive option. This is totally misleading — Confused.com are advertising cheap prices that don’t reflect what you actually asked for. It’s a classic bait-and-switch tactic and undermines any trust in their comparison results. I won’t be using them again and would warn others to double-check everything directly with the insurer.”

“Very handy for comparisons. Even for someone who doesn't like using these type of things. A lot of companies to compare although some still not available so you may have to do a direct call or online quote to them, overall though very good to use”
