“I’m confused! I looked at an alternative quote provided by Confused.com and they appear to think I purchased the product? I hope I didn’t, as I am renewing with my existing insurer! Confused.com did, however, provide quotes early enough for me to consider them.”

“Good way to search for home insursnce. Absolutely ridiculous that Confused.com rewards with hot drinks and people can only get it via an App. That is very discriminatory as not everyone has a phone, talk less of a smart phone with money to pay for internet to download monthly vouchers, forget about the ability to even download the App. For equality just send vouchers via email if it is truly a reward and stop forcing people to download Apps. Even those with smart phones can get their emails on phone!”

“Not Confused.com fault but having found a quote via the website I agreed to "buy" the policy from Allianz Gold and spent 2 days attempting to pay the premium and could not, some sort of IT freeze problem. Queried this with Allianz who do not have people to talk to with my problem "cannot pay you money" to resolve the issues. Of course it was nothing to do with them, one or two automated email replies got me nowhere. So I started again elsewhere and actually found same cover for £90 less. Thank you for that.”

“It did the job and I took out my home insurance. Today I received an email telling me I had only 18 days left "to insure our home". I presume they meant "your home". Not wanting any more pointless reminders I clicked on "stop any more reminders." It took me to a web page that said reminders were "paused", not stopped. It invited me to revise my contact preferences. I clicked that link and got a "404 error". That page did however invite me to send an email, so I clicked to report all the above. Nothing happened. And that, ladies and gentlemen, is why they are getting 60%, not 100%”
