“I only have a 3* review because I do not like the system where you offer a price for home insurance one day and when I went back a few days latter that offer was not available and all prices from then on were at a higher price!!!”

“Home insurance renewal is an annual nightmare! Last year's insurers want the usual exorbitant increase in premium - up 38% this year. It's easy enough to get a quote on Confused.com, but the problem is that if your house has anything other than common building materials, all you can enter is "Other" with no chance to elaborate on what the "Other" might be. Then I presume that if you make a claim it will be rejected when an assessor finds that, for example, 50% of building walls are mostly glazed, not timber frame and blockwork. And it's worrying to find that 3 comparison sites all give the same insurer as the best option, but prices range from £349 to £678 for what appears to be exactly the same product.”

“I thought that if I renewed my Home Insurance through Confused.Com I would receive some sort of reward. This is what I did, but have heard no mention of a reward! Perhaps I'll think twice next year.”
