“Okay for comparison and finding insurance however, your website is not up to date and you promise rewards for using you and now I have and I haven't been able to claim my reward because you didn't list the insurance company I went with on your list.
The insurance is obviously mute important than the reward but it gives a bad impression and leaves a bad taste on one's mouth.
