On my old iPhone 6, I was unable to take out home insurance via confused.com - a message appeared stating that my browser needed to be updated.
When using the library’s computer, repeatedly when I got near the end of the insurance quotes a message appeared stating that your website had an error and I needed to start again! Recently, this happened twice in a row (which was a complete waste of time). The first time I got to the end but you then asked me to log into my account, which was unexpected and extra time-consuming.
