Rubbish.One hour getting a quote and when you go to pay it wont let you do it online and get the £30 cashback.Admiral forces you to call them and you then wont get the money.A total con, would never use again.

Confused! Too many comparison sites with too many similar results. Using an experienced broker sorted it all out.

Very misleading - results show a different company to that which you are then redirected to (and I don't mean underwriters). THIS means that you are unable to research / undertake a proper review of the company you are purchasing from.

Selected insurer then tried to apply a lot of conditions it had not notified in the quote. A thoroughly dismal experience and a complete waste of my time.

Confused recommended an insurer with a higher premium than existing insurer LVE who was recommended by Confused last year. LVE's quote was only discovered later and had to be cancelled.

Since I used confused.com I have been bombarded with nuisance calls. I ticked the box to say NOT be contacted by phone, yet I have had over a dozen in the immediate days after using the site. Prior to this I had not had any such unsolicited calls.

Were told we would receive Texaco fuel vouchers, used site twice in last 3 weeks to purchase both home and car insurance, no vouchers forthcoming

I used Confused.com via TopCashBack as it promised to reward me with £30 if I took out one of their partners policies straight away, which I did, but I’ve never had the reward :( Will use another website next year.

I did try paying money by my credit card more than 3-4 times. You deny receiving every transaction also your helpline does not work, so I did not get any help.

Many a times purchased from here no problem. This time number of attempts no success for payment. House insurance therefore not as cheap as u could of got. Not happy at all

I spent a long time giving my detailsto receive a quote Admiral which I accepted. I gave my bank details which were acceptable but when I pressed the final I was told that there was a problem and I was not covered. I had to phone, give all my details again and received a quote that was 50% more than the quote I received online.
