I tried to download the confused.com app from Google app store (also via QR code) but it states it is not available in your country (UK). Therefore I can not use the app but have to login to my online account instead.

I spent a very long time trying to put all my details on your site. 3 times the site was down. My password was wrong so I changed it, I got a friend to try still could not go forward re the password.I managed to get my insurance done but it was not easy

I picked the company I wanted, answered all the questions then couldn't complete the payment. When I tried again (immediately) the price had increased. I am aware that I am not the best at technology but I don't know what else I could have done. I now don't know whether I've completed this transaction or not.

Although you spend time to complete all details both to receive quotations and when selecting the product the facts stated are not taking into account when selection of providers are given. If you have any issues ie subsidence or flooding these companies will not provide cover.

Went thought all questions got a number of quotes when I went to purchase it say they could not offer me insurance at this time It transfer me to Churchill again wanted all the details and offered the policy at twice the price

Was able to access quote for Aviva but unable to access page to BUY. Tried numerous times but gave up. Tried to open account but no response to request for new PW. Gave up and arranged cover elsewhere!

I asked for better discount, unfortunately you are you prefer losing a customer than lowering the price, I asked several times, unfortunately your employee remains unmoved, so I will insure the house and both cars with another company.

They work out the premium based on claims statistics gathered for others with similar details and some insurers do change their rates frequently. If you would like to query any of your prices, we would recommend calling the insurer directly and they should be able to explain this to you in more detail. After spending a while filling in all the details, we had a confirmation email and a thank you with reference number for a new policy on the screen - which I took a screen gab of, so we thought we were covered. It subsequently transpired that it hadn't processed at all. MBNA server didn't recognise their own policy reference number, your site basically says they can't help...
