It’s a joke all the insurance companies know what and when your renewal is due and quote accordingly so not impressed.

Ceapest quote was with AdrianFlux but when I contacted them the quote went up by over £200.00

The insurance quote when transferred over to the provider failed to include items I’d input on confused. When these items were added by the actual provider the premium increased by over £100. Clearly the information you take from people looking for quotes is not being passed over to the providers in order to get an accurate quotation.

I wanted to renew via confused.com however whenever I tried via the link through to the best price the vendor declined to quote. I we t to the same vendor direct and they quoted no problem. I wanted to make use of the confused.com incentives (car wash) but couldn't. Not good.

I have not yet renewed my Home Insurance. However, since you have asked, I am disappointed in how expensive you are now in relation to others, such that, unusually, I am unlikely to use Confused.com this year.

I had to complete a very long winded form on Confused.com in search for cheapest quotes for Home Insurance. I chose Tesco quote, the link led me to their website, I was about to pay to complete purchase for their Home Insurance, when Tesco suddenly informed me they had changed their mind and would not be able to sell me the Home Insurance. Complete waste of my time, very disappointed.

Having contacted Magnet and put more details into the quote form, they could not give me a quote as it did not fit a "Standard" policy. I am in touch with Magnet and still need to refine the details but the price has shot up, of course.

I wanted house and content insurance. I answered all your many questions and was told that the AA could insure me for £176. When I went to purchase the price went up to £230 ? I spoke to the AA salesman who found my quote and told me it was definitely £230. Abandoned this and found my own insurance with Tesco for £165. Wont be using you again.

I couldn't fit all my name in the first name section. Hence couldn't purchase the insurance because my name from your site being passed to the third party Admiral which was wrong.

After a lengthy process to complete the form, receiving several quotes from prospective insurers, I was disappointed that the providers didn't deliver on their quotes. Additionally, no explanation was provided as to why.

I have received a quote for Tesco home insurance on 10/2/24 saying the price was £144.58 and I had only 3 days to get this price. I purchased my policy on 12/2/24 and it came out £159.68. I was surprised that it did not match with the quote and it could not be changed.

I do not have a mobile telephone and am sight impaired. I cold not complete my online application because of this. Why do I need a mobile? It has nothing to do with home/comtents insurance. A long telephone call ensued IT TOOK FOUR HOURS TO GET THE WHOLE THING SORTED. iT;S RUBBISH AND i WILL NOT BE DEALING THIS WAY AGAIN
