Went thought all questions got a number of quotes when I went to purchase it say they could not offer me insurance at this time It transfer me to Churchill again wanted all the details and offered the policy at twice the price

Was able to access quote for Aviva but unable to access page to BUY. Tried numerous times but gave up. Tried to open account but no response to request for new PW. Gave up and arranged cover elsewhere!

I asked for better discount, unfortunately you are you prefer losing a customer than lowering the price, I asked several times, unfortunately your employee remains unmoved, so I will insure the house and both cars with another company.

As we are a comparison website, we don’t calculate the prices you receive and these are all calculated and returned by our panel of insurance providers, based on the information you entered on our website. They work out the premium based on claims statistics gathered for others with similar details and some insurers do change their rates frequently. If you would like to query any of your prices, we would recommend calling the insurer directly and they should be able to explain this to you in more detail. After spending a while filling in all the details, we had a confirmation email and a thank you with reference number for a new policy on the screen - which I took a screen gab of, so we thought we were covered. It subsequently transpired that it hadn't processed at all. MBNA server didn't recognise their own policy reference number, your site basically says they can't help...

All the ones I could find were on line, I DO NOT WANT AN ONLINE HOME INSURANCE ACCOUNT unable to print and need to speak to a person if needed, Please give an option to show if online only or non online

had to fill in the information a number of times. it just wouldnt save, then when going over to admiral, i got disconnected from the site at least 3 times. very frustrating

I was away when I had a quote sent me, a few weks later it let me go through the process of having the quote, but at the end it declined me What a waste of my time to renew my Building insurance?

Put in all details required and the results did not match them all. After doing some adjustments to the requirements on the insurers website it cost me £160 more than the confused.com listed premium.

I did apply for home contents insurance but the quotes were fairly good but when I went to purchase it I found it put a lot of stuff on the insurance that was not needed as I am renting. So I couldn't speak to anyone to alter it so did not proceed with the insurance
