“This confused.com actually confused customers, l choose a lnsurance company for home insurance, and l also bought the insurance, when I called to inform them that an information need to be update, the agent change me more money, l explained that this not my mistake the confused.com confused me,why put wrong information? After long conversation I requested to cancel my insurance. I was really not happy. Hope in future the confused.com do not save wrong information and confused customers. Thanks in advance for looking into this issues.”
