“We had to make a claim last year due to a water leak from a pipe in the wall between the bathroom and bedroom, our renewal price went up considerably but when we put in our details, including the fact that we had a claim, we got a quote from the same company one hundred pounds cheaper than the renewal quote, very pleased with that!”
