“Keep trying to pay for insurance bu it program stops so unable to complete transaction”

“Getting the quotes is very easy and quick to do but once you have selected who you want to accept is another issue. Trying to get transferred to the company was impossible I tried for 4days to get to the company after accepting the quote. I went on the said website but the quotes were much higher so gave up in the end .”

“Had some difficulty navigating the site and it kept rejecting my email address, DOB and password and when I finally managed to contact by phone it was unable to receive my card details,all in all it unfortunately became a somewhat stressful experience”

“It seemed to be useful, but when I came to confirming the car ins quote with tne insurers (I tried Tesco and Aviva), they increased the premium after I mentioned a previous claim, despite my having included it in my confused.com details submitted.”

“You sent me reminders to renew my car insurance. When I went online the renewal date was incorrect (by a few days only) and When I tried to change the start date you informed me that you couldn't send any quotes??? Waste of time.”
