“The prices are no better than could be generally obtained . Even after insurance has been bought emails drawing attention to all the quotes come flooding in. Total nuisance.”

“Don’t be fooled by the low prices quoted as by the time you include the add on you may need it usually takes it to the price quoted for your renewal and this is despite answering all the questions to get a quote and asking for the add on at that time!”

“Can’t rate it very highly this year. Cancelled my current renewal as the emails from confused advertised insurance a lot cheaper with tescos coming out on top. When I went to purchase however and followed the link, the page on the tescos site to check all the details had added £300 to the price making it more than my renewal!”

“The offers were good but it was a nightmare trying to complete the transaction . Before I was able to time had run out. There were several good offers. It was impossible to make a payment so the offer lapsed. Spent all day on it.”

“Took me three hours to discover that to move foreward with my acceptance of your qoute,I had to click on..add ons,i didn't want any add ons so didn't click. The page went nowhere and i could not move foreward. I spent another age trying to find a phone number to talk to a human being about the problem...I still cannot contact you by phone? Confused? I was well and truly.”

“It’s ok but at one point the prices seemed to surge for insurance via confused and I got stung for a couple of years. This year I checked confused and yes I was getting a bit cheaper than last year but when I went to Compare the market I got it cheaper even with some of the same companies on Confused so I’m afraid to say that this may be good bye”

“I really hate the process I have to go through every year to get my car insurance sorted for my car and my husband’s. It’s not easy to fully compare different policies. Why can’t there be a filter that allows you to input the features you really want and exclude the ones you don’t. I did find Confused. com relatively easy to use but it’s just so tedious putting in all the data they need and then trying to really compare the policies offered. At some point you just opt for the one that seems to roughly match what you want at a lower price than your renewal. And that takes the biggest part of an afternoon or morning! 🙈”

“It searches effectively but, when I went to select a very good offer to purchase, it bombarded me with features and add-ons that I do not require, it seemed to be putting obstacles in my way when what I needed was a big green "BUY NOW" button. I eventually tracked down the insurer OUTSIDE confused.com = lost business for you!”
