“Good price on insurance. Took it up with hastings on a 2 car deal Then it goes downhill. No success in installing confused app so no chance of getting the greggs coffee deal and hastings had no idea how to help. Said it was all up to confused.co zSo forgetting greggs deal”

“Completing the application is easy, however invariably when you select an insurer, the preferences and requirements you put into confused are not what the quote us for. Once updated with those preferences and requirements the quote goes up considerably and you have to go back to the quotes only to find the same issue with almost every quote so not very helpful or quick.”

“confused.com was all right in finding me the cheapest car insurance but once i decided to leave the site and go to the insurers site there was lots of problems. I contacted confused only to be informed that they would get back to me in several days. I could not wait that long for a solution to my problem.”

“I was offered a cheap quote from General Accident but when I went onto their website to buy it the price increased by at least £100. I feel this is a bit of a con and decided to stay with my current insurance provider.”
