I like receiving your quozes, but I only need to receive them once. Please stop bombarding me with emails. It is not necessary and is very irritating. If it happens next year you will become spam.

I’d prefer not to receive a copy of each quote amendment. It was also frustrating to reach the end of the process after two days to be told that the company concerned were unable to provide a formal quotation. It meant I went elsewhere to avoid a similar risk occurring a second time

took me nearly 2hours to get innsurance as the password i had last year did not work and didnt realise i had to make a new account and then i couldnt get into imfo i had put in.hope its easier next year!

The general choice was quite satisfactory, but I chose Sheila's wheels (E-sure), which was a nightmare. I didn't realise at the time all documents are electronic e-mail and they give you 30 minutes to check the initial activated account before it disappears. I had trouble with my Android tablet accepting the transaction - I paid £213 and have no documents -just proof of purchase on my bank statement

THROUGH YOUR SITE I RENEWED MY VEHICLE INSURANCE POLICY LAST YEAR, HOWEVER THE INSURER I CHOSE "GOSKIPPY" THIS YEAR AFTER BEING EMAILED THAT I WOULDN'T BE RENEWING WITH THEM THIS YEAR STILL TOOK PAYMENT 2 HOURS AFTER BEING TOLD, UP TO THIS EVENING AND FURTHER EMAILS I STILL HAVEN'T RECIEVED THE PAYMENT BACK. NOT SURE IF YOU ARE POSSIBLE TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT THIS, I WILL PERSEVERE

Very informative with plenty of options, however the renewal price offered by my insurance company was cheaper than that offered by Confused.com and this means more to me than free coffee

I found that I had more realistic quotes from Confused.com and the site was easy to use. I don’t really recommend this type of thing to other people because I would worry their expectations or experience might be different to mine.

The site is easy to use and quotes come through quickly. The first 10 quotes were all much cheaper than my previous insurer and, as one the lowest of all was with a well known company, I purchased from them. One of the gifts offered by confused.com was an e-gift card for Sainsbury’s, which I received the following day. When I tried to send it to my phone or print it, I got an error message saying it had expired or never existed!! Is this a scam? Have emailed customer complaints and am waiting to hear back.

Price increased once I got on insurer's website annoyingly. Confused.com quoted me £351, I paid ,£403!! Not very happy, in fact I'm confused!

I value comparison sites, but I do wish it was easier to compare like for like without "unintended" variables creeping in. If I set a limit or specify something exactly, that is what I want a price for - not cover that is "almost" or "nearly" or "totally different". It can be very hard to gauge value for money.
