I had to speak to someone at the insurer and they did not have details of the quote and were going to charge an extortionate premium. I have stayed with my current insurer. The exercise was a complete waste of my time.

Confused.com have themselves got CONFUSED !!! I used their site to obtain a quote for a future car insurance renewal and having obtained a promising quote,transferred to the Insurance Provider's website.Confused.coms programming must have tracked this as a PURCHASE,not just an ENQUIRY and sent me a Request to do a Purchase Review (Star rating etc).Checked with my insurers,with my bank etc. to make sure I had NOT purchased a Policy,so a GLITCH in their programme???? Only put ONE star as a marker.Confused.com is always given 5 stars by me.

I brought a policy insurance and they didn't give me the insurance but they took the whole payment for one year over 3k£. And all I got back till now.. it's we are sorry it was a sistem error but the sistem error was not on taking the money. I'm still trying to get my money back.

I have already written to you that I have already bought car insurance from your website, I will add that I had to provide all the data again for the insurer, I have been insured for 17 years and everything was fine, and now all of a sudden it happened and the insurer's operator told your website they don't care about anything and I have to provide everything again I lost 2 hours!!! so this is my assessment of your websites!!! regards

Generally their quotes are compatable with other providers but their big advantage was the reward of 12x monthly car wash vouchers. These are no longer being offered & their replacements are a very poor alternative. As a result there are other, better offers - eg cashback sites

i have been trying to pay for a insurance bank say yes insurance say lots not them bank says it’s not them the insurance company wasn’t helpful at all it even explaining anything then you keep sending me saying your quote is ready as gain and again not helpful at all hastings isn’t helpful at all been told to pay haa as sting ain’t accepting the ayments but saying it’s the bank but it’s not
