What an absolute con sham of a service. How is it possible to provide car insurance at one price. Then using the exact same information on the same site confused.com the prices go up £700 car insurance then £1000 then £1200. In the same day for the same car using the exact same information. What a confusion...???? idiots... i then deleted my cookies got the lower deal then next morning

Quotes flux depending if you are using PC or mobile. I felt like I got tricked trying buy on PC only for it to be cheaper on mobile when using the site.

I got a quote on confused.com and I had an issue with the payment online and I emailed them several times but they didn't help at all, they said contact the insurance company I called them and they said contact confused!! I was struggling between them with no reason to help, i had a bad experience with them so I would say not good website to get car insurance don't use it

UTTERLY APPALLED. WAS TOLD MY RENEWAL COULD NOT BE REDUCED IN PRICE. LOOKED ON CONFUSED.COM AND I FOUND THREE QUOTES FROM ADMIRAL THAT WERE £600 OR 45% CHEAPER. ABSOLUTELY DAYLIGHT ROBBERY.
