When I got through to the insurance company by phone, as I had a query, they said the premium was actually £60 higher. No changes whatsoever from the details I had used. Not good at all.

Providing quotes that can not even go ahead. Should only present quotes that will actually go ahead and not waste customers time trying to pay and get through customer support for assistance.

The quotes are not true. What you ask for and what they quote is not the truth,you go to the site and then you have to look at extras which are at least another couple of hundred on top of the quote and without them the insurance is only allowing you to drive around and say you have insurance. For all the people that haven't done this they'll get a massive shock if they do claim.

Confused? You will be—add-ons nearly doubled my quote! I used Confused.com expecting clarity and a straightforward process, but I left more confused than ever. The initial quote looked competitive, but once I started going through the details, the add-ons piled up fast—almost doubling the original price. What started as a promising option quickly turned into a frustrating exercise in upselling. Every click revealed another “essential extra” or hidden cost, making it impossible to trust the accuracy of the quote I was first shown. If transparency and honesty are important to you, prepare to be disappointed. Confused.com didn’t save me time or money—in fact, it just left me exactly as the name suggests: confused.

quote was about £200 less than the billed amount when I went to use my credit card. There is no explanation and the assistant was unable to understand the simplest information.

I love how Insurance is now a license to print money! How are they quoting more than the value of my car for annual insurance with 5 years no claims lol, I get why there are so many uninsured drivers out there now, we go to work to pay for insurance premiums lol, the regulations clearly allow for them to kick their finger and put the wind on how much to charge 😂
