“The site was ok but I wanted to visit direct line and take up their insurance offer but when I clicked the more info, it didn't take me to a page where I could buy the offer. Instead it took me to a site where it wanted to know my already policy number! Surely Confused should have checked that the offer with Direct Line was a true insurance offer!”

“I tried to do my car insurance on line but could not find an area to enter some information. So I telephoned the company and was eventually put through to a person who could deal with my request.”
