“Using your comparison site I have attempted to purchase an auto insurance at least 6 times (Allianz) and having inserted the credit card details each time I got no response - but on checking with Mastercard the payment was received 6 times. On checking separately with Allianz/LV= they have not accepted the policy once. I am waiting to see if any of these debits materialize. I am obviously anxious in case I do have to pay a 'mystery Credit card bill' eceeding £2000. Why do you not insist that Insurers indicate at once non acceptance instead of leaving all transactions in 'mid air'?”

“1st time I have used them and pretty simple/straightforward process tbh. For some reason their quotes were less than Gocompare and moneysupermarket and saved £150 v renewal quote I had from Aviva-happy days!!”
