Far too many emails sent, several every day filling my mail box. Headline quotes to draw you in are not available when entering the site. Offers of rewards are not met with messages stating that they are currently not available, false representation.

You encouraged me to download the app to claim my reward for choosing you, but there's just been a big notice up for weeks saying 'Rewards is currently down'. This is really bad, bordering on illegal as you're still promoting the rewards to new customers. Please fix it.

The site says NO rewards trying to rectify and sort it…… so how do we get rewards it’s been a week. Problem is with Confused.com Not the AA insurance
