“I often find good insurance deals on the companies selected for me. Lately I've been unable to progress my applications because some companies insist that policy holders have smartphones - I don't have one. They also insist that the applicant ,manages their policy without access to customer services phone queries. As I struggle with many chat bots and web sights this rules out my accepting many of the companies.”

“Not a great experience. I spent the usual time going through all the questions and info requested. A list of policies came up. When I clicked on any of them. They had all disregarded any info I had entered that might affect the claim. Ie, convictions, claims etc so the quotes were completely irrelevant. I then had to go through all the questions again. Only to get quotes 3/4/500 £ more. So then had to go back thru the next one. And the next one. Re doing the info. Completely irrelevant use of a comparison site.”
