“Insurance side is great but trying to claim a reward is like pulling teeth. Every year is the same. Should take upto 14 days (if you're lucky). In my experience, its generlly over a month, along with multiple emails, online chats and stress to prove I have a policy. I wouldn't mind but its only £20, but its the principle that matters.”

“I took one of your quotes by clicking on the tab take me to Admiral Gold and bought their car insurance. But you keep on sending me emails to check my quotes from your site, when I have already followed up on one of your quotes, and then proceeded to buying the increased quote to include all the options I asked for.”
