“I do not know if is down to yourselves or Aviva which is the insurance company that I was going to use through your platform. I went through the process then tried to pay, 5 times it went straight to you need to cll the broker on this number between 0900 - 1700 monday to friday as the quote has benn automatically generated..... 5 hours of my life being on hold without even a call back option means that I will not be taking the quote forwards and i'm going to stick with my current insurance which is £35 more but my time is more valuable... The system could do with changing to allow you to pay then sort out the background stuff after! If you don't provide what is required you pull the plug easy!! Very dissappointed Matt”

“I found an insurer for my car quite quickly. The site was easy to use with several offerings to insure my car. I will use confused.com again soon to renew my home insurance. Regards”
