“Been using confused.com for over a decade. Cannot fault the service and competitive prices compared to other comparison websites. Found a new car insurance renewal for half the price of the original renewal price. Thank you, will be happy to use again if necessary.”

“It’s always worth going to confused.com. This time they saved me £120 and that was still by staying with last year’s insurer. They matched the quote I sent them. It doesn’t really say a lot for insurers but does say a lot for confused.com.”

“Got a quote but would not let me take out the insurance, had to wait on the company contacting me which defeated purpose of using online. Input from implied a discount for inputting licence numbers which I tried to do, but apparently doesn't apply to Northern Ireland. On line chat assistant kept on insisting I didn't have a UK driving licence and had provided misleading information. To be clear we have an 8 digit licence number, as opposed to GB which has 16 digit number. After an hour or two trying to get policy with online assistant I gave up; life is too short. Instead taking out policy with 'bricks' company”

Unfortunately you are unable to enter the licence details for an NI licence on the Confused.com quote form but you can do this on the insurers website. “Couldn't access free coffee. Tried to rectify and after 2 missed months, got one free coffee and then it was taken off again. Website not bad to use but constantly bombarded with emails.”
