“The site is easy to use and offers good choice, my main issue is that when you put in your site criteria the price shown does not cover all the fields that’s been asked for. When you get transferred through to the policy provider the extra cone to an NB addition 20% and if I had taken out all the extras it would have been a lot more. I detest this as it means the price shown on the screen is not representative of the price you’ll finally pay. This is annoying.”
