“I got a quotation from Confused.com and they sent me the cheapest prices. And the cheapest price was from Aviva Zero and Aviva Essential. But when I tried to get the insurance, finalize the insurance, they declined the insurance. And I called the customer service. They said, oh, we can't help you. That's not our problem, blah, blah, blah. And they left me in the loop. So that was very misleading from confused.com. And I could not get the insurance, what they offered me. And I was within the date and everything. It was still have two weeks left for my insurance to expire. This was a very awful experience from confused.com and it will always have been because they will give you the false promise. Are you getting cheaper, blah, blah, blah. But eventually you have to pay more. So I am paying extra £500 for the whole year if you calculate it accordingly. So I'm paying £500 extra, which I shouldn't be paying it because of confused.com. They gave me the wrong quotation. So try to be careful, try to avoid confused.com in future reference. And they have awful customer experience as well as the people who are attached with them, especially the other insurers like Aviva or other people.”

“No comparison site or insurance company are up to date, as they wont recognise a new build address. Having done the royal mail scenario to confirm we were tenants 7 weeks ago, and insurers nor comparison sites havent updated their own databases. So in a day or two, i wont be insured, as i cant take out a new policy anywhere due to your bad practice. Fuming!!”
