“I did get a quote it was good, but when I call the insurance company and ask them for info you guys don’t cover the hire and reward insurance which I need.”

“The quotes for renewal of my car insurance were very high - double this year's policy. No explanation was given. I have not chosen any of the suggestions and have sourced my own insurance for 2026/2027.”

“I advised my car details were incorrect and whilst you advised a work around you failed to address the root cause. I was unable to get representative quotes as many insurers appear to decline providing a quote without a registration number and any quote provided significantly increased when the details where corrected on the insurers website. Very dissatisfied with your response and attitude”

“I found it easy to complete the form to get the best car insurance, also allows you to add or remove easily. Found it a little difficult at first to make the payment, but then realise my tablet had frozen so I tried again and it went through straight away.”
