“It's probably not you I'm unhappy with but when trying to accept your quote 0f £609 from One Click 4 days BEFORE the expiry date of the 7th May they totally refused and told me that it could not be commenced prior to this dqte and I would have to obtain a new quote which then went up to £624. I had no choice but to accept this as car was sitting on my drive and even then I was told that quote details needed to be verified before acceptance. Fortunately this problem was resolved by their chatline.
Surely quotes are valid until the expiry date.
Probably why they only have 2 stars”
