“Got me a dodgy company (Nutshell Insurance) to quote me cheapest price and I can’t access my insurance documents because their system doesn’t allow me to register with the details they provided and there is no way of contacting them other than after registering. There’s no phone number and there is email keeps bouncing. Seems like I have been scammed using Confused.com.”

Our panel of insurers are authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority and we do complete regular due diligence on these insurance companies.
We’re sorry to hear you haven’t received your policy documents after purchasing. Because we’re a comparison site and not your insurer, we’re unable to send your policy documents.
Most insurers will send your policy documents digitally, so it's best to check in your email inbox. If the documents have been posted, they're normally sent the next working day and can take up to 7 days to arrive. If you haven't received your documents within 7 days, contact your insurer and they should be able to resend them.
