“I tried confused .com . However ,having carried out detailed information ,when trying finally get to Admiral I got an error message . I tried anumber of times spending about 45 minutes ,without success. I then tried other companies without success . In the end I had to ring Admiral and spoke to a lady with a strongly foreign accent ,obviously unused to the process and eventually got cover for about £700 . Then ,alittle while later , on the assumption that I had not yet got insured , I was offered the cover at about £100 cheaper! All this just emphasised how much worse the process was than it used to be when I last applied ,and speaking to an actual human being was 'normal'. My advice is : make provision for such errors ,so that talking to a real person is not excessively difficult .I don't suppose you will.”
