“Very good and competative service. The only problem I had was to renew my car insurance through Ageas, who were offering a better deal than through Confused.com. When I'd got through their purchase system they said "Refer to my broker"! This I assumed was Confused.com, which could only quote a substantial increase. This resulted in me taking out a similar priced insurance with One Click. May be I was left bewildered with all the form filling and ended up being mis-guided with my quotes!”

“I have already accepted one of the car insurance quotes from Confused.com (several days ago) and because it feels like Confused.com wants to keep pushing and ramming insurance quotes down my throat, I'm getting multiple unwanted, unneeded, annoying (spam) email quotes- without instructions to cease them, unless I put a complete STOP on all info- then we risk losing important insurance updates/correspondences (from the actual selected provider)”
