“I would have given a higher score to confuse.com but once they passed me onto a Aviva, from then on it was terrible. It's very difficult to contact Aviva they don't give phone numbers and most of the chats seem to be bots.”

“Very convenient to use with all my details held on record and dates for upcoming renewals etc. I have used them as my source of the best quote on many occassions. However, this year the quotes seem to be wrong. When I visited the companies quoted the price they wanted was over £200 more than quoted by Confused. I am CONFUSED. In the end I went with renewal with my existing company as it was significantly cheaper.”
