“The renew date was ‘confused’ with the date that I purchased my new car insurance. This caused an alert the following year telling me that my insurance was due for renewal a month too soon. Not happy.”

“I got a quote which is 66% cheaper than my present policy. I will return this Friday to take that deal and implement it to start at 00.01am on Saturday 16th May. This will be with Hastings Direct so I will answer the last question as "Yes" as I am taking the policy out this Friday.”

“Can give good estimates for quotes, but ensure that the details are correct when they transfer over to the insurance broker. May be an issue with 1st Central, but dates can be recorded incorrectly and will cost you ~£400 extra to adjust. The customer should NOT be at fault for an error made by Confused.com or the insurance broker.”
