“I got a quote from Confused.com for car insurance, I was happy to go ahead with the quote, but when I was redirected to the website of the provider, it showed me a different price which was higher by over 80£. I did try this multiple times but with the same result. After spending much time on it, I had to abandon the option and go elsewhere. Hence disappointed, because the price shown was the most competitive, but unfortunately not for real!”

“A good comparison price was quoted and I wanted to go ahead with the purchase. However All emails sent from Direct Line with attachments could not be read as a PDF so what's the point of sending the email with an attachment that can't be read. Thus I cancelled the new policy and remain with my existing provider. Direct line need to address this issue otherwise they will loose customers like me.”
