“You promise £47 back in rewards, but make it impossible to collect. I used your link and hey presto, no rewards. Sure you got me a cheaper deal than a straight renewal, but I now have to log a call, wait for you to respond, send evidence, wait for you to investigate and maybe get my reward. How do I know this, it happened last year too! Sort it out.”

“I clicked on the link in your app and paid the £228 for my car insurance on the basis there were some £47 pounds worth of benefits from buying through the app. I have not seen any of those benefits and furthermore after buying through the app I received an email from the Coop offering me the same cover I had just purchased in the app for £21 less. It is obvious that the app is just a scam.”
