“mostly you are good but there is one MAJOR PROBLEM: You say tht we can get a £20 reward with buying insurance with you. In previous years sthat has been so and it has been fine. Unfortunately you now say that it is only with using your App that this happens. I don't have a smart phone or other gadget that downloads your App and my laptop doesn't. I asked about this and the advisor who answered me tole me that it had ALWAYS been so that you had to download the App...NO! I had to have the App for the free hot drinks and I can't get that, I know, but the £20 I have had in the past without this App. KINDLY SORT THIS OUT Or it's not worth using you in future”
