“Found the insurance l have been with for some years, it was about £50 cheaper with Confused.com than l had been quoted by my insurance company. I immediately phoned my insurance company and asked why? It was for exactly the same insurance. After speaking to their an agent l was given another £30 off. Thanks Confused.com all in all l got £80 off with the company l been with years.”

“You gave me the cheapest quote but only when I clicked through everything you said I had to down load an app to monitor my driving for £80 reduction. You should be up front about this on the comparison page. Not impressed at all. You lost a customer through this negligence.”
