“They don’t have a phone number to contact them they don’t want to help, what if it’s someone who doesn’t want to purchase online and is more comfortable talking over the phone I think they should put that in consideration”

“Used site got good quotes but made small mistake on date insurance had to start tried to change before policy was issued. Sent message to ask the to change. This did not happen and the issued policy. Messaged on chat and the company wanted £30 extra change detail on the policy. Feel very annoyed and disappointed that no protection feel this company exploited. Oneclick”
