“I have previous good experiences with Confused but it has since cost me a extra £87 on my insurance due to a incompetence. I declared a claim for a named driver but when buying the insurance, I have since received a email saying that I never declared it but they have found out. Now they are demanding more due to the extra premium despite I declared it on Confused.con. what a huge shame I can't trust the details I put in are transferred to the insurance company so the quotes are lies.”
