“As an insurance comparison and redirection site Confused.com is invaluable…but having recently bought insurance through this company I have been unable to access the Rewards page to claim my vouchers! This has been ongoing for days now, very poor indeed”

“Main reason for selecting was to gain the rewards - only to log on an find the rewards section not availability via the app - very unprofessional and misleading at time of purchase. I regret that this is a deliberate false inducement to purchase and will be reviewing my decision under the "cooling" off period”
