“I applied but you cancelled it, it doesn't matter, but why didn't you refund my money? I don't know why you delayed my money and you said we'll deduct £100 from your money. This is really embarrassing for a company that considers itself responsible for people's lives.”

“I was surprised at the sheer amount of quotes that appeared onscreen when I looked at Confused.com, went through them all and decided on the quote from the AA(Beam) as I’ve used their breakdown cover on my cars over quite a few years and they’ve been excellent. When I phoned for my quote to be personalised I was stunned, it has given me a saving of nearly £600 annually, for the same standard by using your site to look at. Within 30 minutes I’d sorted it all out with AA, it’s never occurred to me to change before now, my daughter was horrified when I told her how much I’ve paid over the last few years. It was she who suggested that I shop around with Confused.com. I truly am delighted, more than I can say. 5***** and a great big thank you.”

“The initial quotes received were quite straightforward however proceeding to the insurer's site was not so clear-cut. In fact the quote provided by RAC (online) was in fact lower than provided on your site. When checked this did not provide the resources I had requested initially. This is bewildering to the customer - when one has requested certain things ( e.g.breakdown cover) quotes provided should include what has been asked for.”
