“I find Confused.com easy to use and would certainly recommend it. I did have an issue however when I tried to purchase a Direct Line car insurance policy. I tried over several days to go to Direct Line's site by pressing the link on the Confused site but it would not take me to the site. This was Direct Line's fault. I contacted Direct Line directly and despite the Confused site saying that the quote was not due to expire for at least another 2 weeks, Direct Line said the quote had expired and I needed to get another quote which I was not happy about as I knew it would be more expensive as it was closer to the time my insurance was due. I am still happy with Confused.com but would urge others to be wary when trying to purchase a Direct Line policy via Confused.”
