“slightly confusing website. I went through to pay for an offer but on the chosen car insurance (based on the confused.com quote) it went up from what was quoted. Which is misinformation.”
“I was certainly confused,some parts were ok, towards the end things got messy. I am 84 years old , doing things online is not my favourite thing, this is a lengthy process quite tyring at the end .More and more of us are in my age group so keep things simple
