Very good price with Aviva, pleased with how easy the website is. Not bought the car yet, hopefully buying on 15th April, but didn't want to confirm quote until we check the car on the day to make sure the dealer had sorted out the issues we have asked for, if not we'll walk away. Rang and spoke to Aviva but they didn't recognise the Ref numberπŸ€”, normally this can happen, why not with this quote. Really frustrating that can't talk to anyone at Confused.com as l wanted to know the time the quote expired, as l asked 5 days before proposed purchased date and it says that will end in 2 days time, namely the 15th April (We're going at 9am on 15th to hopefully purchase, and if so will buy then) if quote is still valid Have sent an email to you, but as yet not got a reply 🀞🏻 it's still valid ( the Quote)

The site worked well. I just found it hard to get to a stage where I could compare my current renewal with those offered from your site on an apples to apples basis.

Thank you for the autoquote but when discussing with a number of the prospective insurers their 'quotes' increased by at least 50% ?? Could this be due to a rear end bump by A N Other settled without fault or payment by my existing insurer ??? I cannot see why I should be penalised.

Web site is not the best. And if you have to change anything then it seems to get Confused Excuse the pun.. But actually it does get confused and keeps taking you back to the original information even though I tried several times to change some of the original information. Nearly gave up in the end. But left it another day and tried again. In the end talked to Tesco Bank Direct..
