Thanks for leaving a review. Our Rewards+ program is app exclusive to ensure a secure and seamless experience. Because of this, a mobile device is required to log in, view and use any earned rewards. We understand not everyone has a smartphone. An alternative option is to use a tablet: Our app is fully compatible with most iPad and Android tablets. If you have access to a tablet, you can download the app and use it to manage and redeem your rewards. “I used two different search sites for car insurance and it was a complete nightmare as they couldn't link properly to the insurance quote that I wanted to purchase. They I remembered about Confused.com and thank goodness I did because after a frustrating two days of trying to purchase via the quotes from the other two search sites, I was able to purchase with the same company via Confused.com. “You put in your details, then find the deals. Check which is good for you. Check your details again and my date of birth had changed thereafter the premium changed again making it even more expensive. Wasn't pleased, went on compare the market and bought the insurance.”
