“I have tried several times to insure my car with Hastings but as soon as I try and pay every thing go's off I know that I'm not very good with computers but when I ring the help line they want a couple of hundred quid for 15 minutes work which I think is a rip off I might wait till a friend comes back from holiday or just go to a high street broker and get ripped off by them I'm 79 years old and getting used to being ripped off it seems to be the norm these days to mug a pensioner .”

Because we’re a comparison site and not your insurer, we’re unable to send your policy documents. Most insurers will send your policy documents digitally, so it's best to check in your email inbox. If the documents have been posted, they're normally sent the next working day and can take up to 7 days to arrive.
