“The support person who help me was excellent. I understand that due to a combination of my unfamiliarity with Cobweb's services and overthinking what to do, I encountered a few complications making sure Cobweb Home and Microsoft Admin worked for me. I recognise they are the sort of mistakes a customer support technician might make on their first day, at their new job, looking after their organisation’s Office 365 service, hosted by Cobweb. I am a single individual and not even a company as such. Furthermore, I have not exhaustively search Cobweb’s knowledgebase for answers and the problems I encountered are the sort of problems that are never recorded in any support literature because, as I say, they were simple mistakes that are akin to telling someone how to switch on a computer or that sticking fingers into a wall socket could hurt you. In any body of knowledge, what level of knowledge do the creators of the database presume the reader has. But saying all this, in order to test my Cobweb Home access, I did not realise that Cobweb Home ➙ Check your billing (Access the billing portal) lead me to Cobweb Core and not a section of Cobweb Home where I could test my credentials. Also Cobweb Home wanted to create a whole new profile within Microsoft’s Authenticator for ajb@pinmill.net rather than wanting to use my existing ajb@pinmill.net profile, hence the QR code and choosing the Verification section that enabled my enrolment. As I say, newby stuff but you might consider following these trifling problems up sometime, just for completeness.”

“Tried to make changes to our account for about four months even before the accounts was going to be updated with a new contract and nothing is done properly. I’ve requested in 17 years with you almost nothing and when I asked for something there’s no response or no follow up”

“I've been a Cobweb customer, and I have been very happy to introduce my clients to Cobweb, since the "Athene" days (so about thirty years or so) and have remained impressed throughout with their services and attitude towards customer support. In addition to reliability, Cobweb have gone above and beyond to provide "rescue" services to clients on more than one occasion. Cobweb's service offerings have been at the forefront of what is available at the time, and that, combined with excellent technical support when required, results in an outstanding service provider. Most recently, many thanks to Josh L for his support with some technical modifications I requested. The task was completed with prompt, helpful efficiency.”
